Gardening, outdoors, and animals
I have recently become quite enamored with the joys of gardening. It has become quite an addiction. The patience it has taught me while waiting to see the fruits of my labor has been quite therapeutic. However, I have always enjoyed the outdoors, more so in recent years. I appreciate the simplicity of taking my almost 10-year-old dog, Ammo, to the park to play ball, go on long walks, and even go on shorter hikes as he gets older. The beauty of the world God created, watching the red-tailed hawks soaring and teaching their young to fly, is something I have primarily been in too much of a hurry to enjoy until recently. I am growing more content with what I have and less of what I do not have. This has allowed me to overflow with gratitude displayed in my daily activities. It allows me to put 110% in all I do while being grateful for the opportunity.
