Dedicated researcher with advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, combining clinical practicum experience with rigorous academic research. As a Research Assistant in the Psychology Department at Georgia Southern University, I contributed to both a published study and a systematic replication examining the efficiency and effectiveness of restricted- and free-operant programming, incorporating MESAA probes and maintenance assessments. My responsibilities included session scheduling, data collection, ensuring interobserver agreement (IOA) and procedure fidelity (PF), and conducting data analysis to support manuscript preparation.
In Spring 2025, I completed my ABA clinic practicum, where I observed and implemented Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programs with four clients. This experience provided direct exposure to ABA practices in clinical settings, strengthening my applied knowledge of behavioral terms, conditions, and intervention strategies.
Building on this foundation, I assisted a Behavior Analysis graduate student with the replication of this study, managing all aspects of research operations from experimental design to manuscript development. Currently, I serve as the Primary Investigator for the study “Further Assessment of the Reliability and Validity of the Performance Diagnostic Checklist–Human Services (1.1)”, where I am utilizing VoiceFlow technology to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Performance Diagnostic Checklist. In addition, I am conducting a literature review investigating the frequency of maintenance data in published experimental studies, further expanding my expertise in methodological analysis and scholarly synthesis.
