Leader and advocate for change for our front office Patient Coordinators. I work closely with our RD (Regional Director), CDs (Clinic Directors), RVP (Regional Vice President) and our Front Office Leadership Team.
Conduct audits of phone calls, KPI's, insurance denials, therapists schedules, authorization blocks, initial evaluation blocks, verifications, bad debt, escalated clinics, collections, arrival rate, and census for the Southwest Ohio Pediatric Region.

Answers any and all questions throughout each day from our Patient Coordinators.
Trains on having hard conversations.
Available daily for all therapists, answering any and all questions and helping navigate through Rain Tree.
Reaches out to families that need additional support when they aren't getting their needs met.
Took care of all our patients that had Anthem insurance.
Worked denials for Anthem for our entire region, initiating corrected claims, max benefit denials, COB issues, and communicating with our therapists daily.
