I love solving puzzles. As an estimator, I am able to leverage my critical thinking skills as well as my love of putting things together to create a picture of what a repair needs to look like on paper. I value consistency in my job. If there is a correct way to do something, I want to do it that way every time. My current role places a high emphasis on efficiency: I get things done quickly, but I do take the time to make sure my estimates are as thorough and accurate as possible.

- I started on the DRP review team. I handled the estimate review process from the initial estimate to the final payment. This included reviewing and approving supplements. I worked closely with shops to ensure timely responses.
- I currently work on the photo estimating team. This involves writing initial estimates based on photos and video sent in by claimants. I use CCC every day, and am very focused on handling estimates quickly with as much accuracy as possible.

- I worked as a subcontractor for USAA. I spent the first 5 years in the banking department, and eventually got my insurance license. I then worked as a policy service rep for home and auto, and was eventually promoted to a senior specialist. I provided specialized support to other agents, as well as served as subject matter expert in training classes. I eventually became part of the escalation team, where I handled customers who asked for a manager, but needed a licensed agent.
