• Provided direct patient care to those with cancerous malignancies as well as medical and surgical patients
• Relief Charge experience
• Precepted Travel RN's, New Grad LPN's and STRACC nurses during COVID.
• Utilized Team Nursing (1 RN, 1 LPN and 1 CNA)
• Transitioned to COVID nursing when unit was utilized during the Pandemic.
