• Caseload: 18-25 per shift. ESI level 2-5. Practice independently with support of physicians when needed. Frequent procedures ranging in complexity (wound evaluations, repairing traumatic lacerations, drainage of abscesses, minor burn management, foreign body removal, local nerve blocks) Determine disposition of patient between discharge home or admit to hospital.

Admit WellMed patients to Seton and St. David's hospitals from the emergency department, and care for previously admitted inpatients through the night.
