  • Pulling daily reconciliation reports to analyze and manage for end-of-week balancing and end-of-week reports for UPH goals sent to corporate approval.
  • Emailing daily reports on where the building stands each day compared to the UPH goal, and the percentage of the building, whether we hit our goal or failed as a building for that day.
  • Notify leadership information on each team member who fails or succeeds in the daily goal on the production floor.
  • Track timed scans of each team member, and focus on gaps of large space or little to no performance.
  • Keep all paperwork filed and organized each and every day.
  • Carefully enter the correct time into production scans that are approved by department managers.
  • Verifying large downtime to help with low production support.
  • Making sure department managers are signing off on all paperwork given before EOS.
