As Team Lead of multiple DOD contracts in Aviation, Military and Aerospace, providing various Hardware
Configuration processes to support specific Mission needs per contract requirements. Duties include:
· Identify, organize, and control software and hardware configuration changes.
· Delegate work flow and follow up to fulfill production demands.
· Create processes and procedures to ensure continuous production.
· Support and facilitate auditing and reporting.
· Oversee baseline configurations for applications, software, and hardware assets.
· Coordinate, schedule, manage all activities related to procurement and in-house component tracking
to ensure successful product build; to include explicit control management of product specifications and
modifications
· Import build of materials and work orders.
· Run shortage reports and create carts for purchasing.
· Work directly with various Suppliers to purchase components, and support materials for mission
products, while upholding budget constraints, promoting cost efficiency.
· Support solid Product Builds with well-organized component inventory control and distribution.
· Actively track component inventory for Product builds, analyzing to forecast shortages, delays and/or
outstanding issues.
· Generate detailed reports of specific build procedures to maintain consistency and production, to include
risk management of conceivable issues
· Trouble shoot issues, failures and research part replacement rapidly and efficiently to prevent delay
in build.
· Proficient in ESD standards and requirements to obtain premium inventory handling.
· Maintain solid and collaborative relationships with Shipping and Receiving Team to ensure a thorough
process control of component/Product shipments incoming/outgoing.
