I CONTINUE TO WANT TO PRACTICE NURSING UNTIL I FEEL IM READY FOR RETIREMENT. AS I AGE THE FIELD WORK HAS BECOME MORE OF A PHYSICAL CHALLENGE, HENCE THE REQUEST TO TRANSFER TO A PCM POSITION. I HAVE MANY YEARS OF NURSING PRACTICE, ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS, AND NURSING SKILLS.
