  • Contributed to the development of school improvement plan by analyzing data trends, setting goals, and implementing targeted interventions in my classroom such as MAP Coach, Reflex and Time Delay, and an extra RTI group to reteach or preteach standards as needed.
  • Improved student iReady Math scores by an average of 10.98% by using manipulatives, differentiating instruction to accommodate all learning styles, assessing student progress regularly, and adjusting instruction accordingly.
  • Increased student iReady Reading scores by an average of 11.36% and student F and P scores by an average of 6.17 reading levels by carefully following the Savvas reading curriculum, incorporating engaging phonics activities, and differentiating guided reading sessions.
