Review, examine and adjudicate each claim in it's entirety, within the constraints of the specific grant funded program. Prepare, review, and transmit claims using proprietary and EHR software. Notify providers of decisions to approve or deny claims with appropriate justification as needed. High volume charge entry and data entry.

Responsible for providing skilled nursing, intervention and supportive care to patients at home, including assessing, implementing, evaluating and monitoring. Administered prescribed medications and reporting to family and providers.

Provide hands-on care to end of life patients in their home. Report patient care, condition and progress to patient's physician and Clinical manager on a continuous basis.
