Adhesive stand

1: change pump

2: change type K fluid

3: change water filter

4: test water for chlorine

5: change out the water and clean the small filter inside and refill the reservoir and add chlorine plus test water to standard procedure

6: pump audit for any missing or broke parts that needs to ve replace (blue air line, gauge, pressure valve, water valve, anything that is on the pump needs to make sure it's not broken if broken reach out to management for repair)

Line audit

• check for correct pattern
• Check for missing bead pattern ( report to management)
• Go inside cell and check water valve and all tubes that connects to the gun.( Report to maintenance/management )
• Inspect adhesive nozzles
• Check for adhesive spills/ damage barrels (report to hazardous waste)
• Check for hollow barrels
• Swap empty barrels.
• Manage All BIW 3 Adhesive Pumps
