• Mentor and collaborate with the team through Design Discussions, Requirement Grooming and Code Reviews.

• Explore opportunities to improve platform usability and performance through the introduction of Generative AI.

• Secure Managed Remote Access: A Cloud hosted, Scalable Service that provides Secure VPN Access and Zero Trust Clientless Access capabilities to Customers
• Service Fulfilment Portal: Hostel, multi-tenant platform for end-to-end orchestration of Service Requests specifically LANaaS and CPEaaS.

Responsibilities:

• Build Architecture, Design and Develop Automated Orchestration workflows and Monitoring and Ticketing Flows using tools like AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Ansible, Python, Kubernetes and Terraform, ServiceNow, Weblogic and Apache Tomcat.
• Collaborate with Product Management to convert business requirements to features.
• Drive Proofs of Concept to build integrations for potential integration with other components to extend platform capabilities and support new business opportunities.
• Mentoring, Training, Design discussions and Code Reviews with the Engineering team.
• Defect Fixing and Technical support for Critical customer issues.
• Feature demos and training to Support engineers, including documentation.
• Detect, analyze and fix Security vulnerabilities in the platform. Implement Deployment and Test Automation for the projects.

Worked in various capacities on several projects for Alcatel Lucent:

• A J2EE EMS product to manage the Add/Drop Multiplexer for ATM/Ethernet nodes to extend TDM Transport connectivity to STM-16 rings.
• EMS/NMS solution for various SNMP based Ethernet/ATM Network Elements. The project was developed using C++.
