My primary job as a retail sales associate often provided to gain customers for a positive shopping experience. Our key responsibilities that where included

• Welcoming customers, offering product information, helping them and assisting them in finding items they were looking for.
• We also provided customers about our current promotions, and current sales to engage and enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Enhanced customers towards our loyalty programs, and we also provided them offers towards applying for credit cards and letting them know how much they will be saving in they applied which provides knowledgeable customer satisfaction.
• Assisted in tasks, inventory management tasks, including doing shipment, recovering, doing orders (in store) , (deliver in store ), doing returns, processing payments from their Carters’s credit card, to managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintained the store clean and organized, arranged displays, restocked , we ensured the areas of product to meet the merchandise standards, conducted stock counts to make sure everything meets the sales.
• Collaborated with all team members in ways to achieve the sales, and meet store goals to contribute a more positive environment for all out team members.
• We always supported any loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor, reported any suspicious theft activity and following security policies.
• We always reported or communicated to the store manager or assistant manager ensuring our daily tasks , or tasks that we needed to do align to the store goals and standards.
