I had the opportunity to do my externship at A&C Urgent care and I really learned a lot from it. I would do follow-up, urgent care, and since many companies would send their employees to them, I was able to experience handling the DOT physical, regular physical, PFT, and drug testing. They also had me in the front office to gain experience. I would schedule their appointments, answer phone calls, scan all their documents into their profile and as soon as they came in I would ask them how can I help them and get the form they need to fill out.
