• Help build and pass material to scaffold builders, clean job sites when finished, disassemble scaffold, use hand tool nail or remove boards, unload and reload material at the yard job site.
• Get permits for the unit we were working on, write out the JSA and barricade the area which were building the scaffold.

• Handle calls for the Texas Health and Human Service Commission. (HHSC) provides health care services to Texas women, such as preventing unintended pregnancies, nurturing healthier pregnancies, fighting domestic, and taking care of children.
• Provide services to Texans that applied for insurance for their children through CHIP and Medicaid.
• Assistance with (SNAP) Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program.
• Help customers with applications, information, and complaints. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Knowledge of unemployment insurance claims methods and procedures, of the New York, Ohio and Virginia Unemployment Compensation Act, and of the unemployment compensation titles of the federal Social Security Act.

• Maintain customer accounts and record account information.
• Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and/or solutions to ensure resolution of complaints.
• Take initial claims by phone. Investigates and adjudicates UI claims with quality, courtesy, and timeliness. — May make determinations on initial, additional, reopen, and claims certifications regarding payment of UI to claimants and liability of employers for charge-backs.
• Always providing claimant's with information they need to meet their expectations at all times.
