  • I provided SF (support facilitation) and Resource for grades kinder through fourth grade.
  • One of the most important roles I did while in this position was provide support whenever we had behavior issues occur. I was trained by the Pasadena ISD school district on how to respond to aggressive behavior in the safest manner for us and the child involved.
  • We were required to take data on progress, behavior, and any other details to help place our students in the right program.

TEAM LEAD

WHATABURGER
01.2020 - 12.2021
  • I was responsible for making sure the shifts were going smoothly.
  • I was able to work in all sections including cooking, maintenance, cashier, and customer service.
  • I watched over shifts when managers weren't present and counted our inventory every night to ensure we weren't missing any product.
  • On the times we were short, I was responsible for entering the data into our system and making sure we received it correctly.

SALES LEAD

FOOTLOCKER
01.2018 - 12.2019
  • I was one of the team members that had the opportunity to open this store as a 'test store'. This meant that if the sales weren't making expectations in the new area, we would end up closing.
  • I was not only on the sales floor interacting with customers, but I was also moved into cashier allowing me to learn money management, computer skills, and how to deposit our sales for the day into the safe along with the paperwork that follows.
  • Within a couple of months I was promoted to Sales lead. I was responsible for closing shifts, opening shifts, and was the first person called whenever we had a problem.
  • My communication skills greatly improved and learned how to quickly problem solve whether it came to a customer or something within the store.
