Welcome guest in a warm, gracious welcome manner inviting them into the location.
Facilitate various guest services, including transportation and areas attraction inquiries.
Troubleshoot customer issues, concerns, or complaints, relay pertinent information to management.
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or vehicle.
Engage in proactively scanning post assignment area to make sure we are following Prison Rape
Elimination Act (PREA).
Engage by being proactive in all manners relating to all post orders.
Scan for potential threats stemming from criminal activity or life safety issues.
Seek out and develop rapport with customers by assessing what is important to them and addressing
Stay current with the latest information as it pertains to your site and area that may include but not limited to crime, trends, terrorist threats, area shops, restaurants, and attractions, including brand profiles, merchandise collections, promotions, and current news
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Have the responsibility to sound alarm for police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized person(s).
Identify and warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles.
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits; may be required to utilized handheld wands or walk through magnetometers.
Investigate and prepare reports on accident, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post.
Ensure the job site area with your area of control is always clean and professional.
Assist with first aid and make emergency notification, if needed.
