- Recruit, build and manage team of Project Coordinators, Project Supervisors & Project Managers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.

pricing and terms.

- Interact with clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.

- Provide updates on project progress, schedule changes, and any relevant information to clients and project stakeholders.

- Identify and resolve project-related challenges, making informed decisions to maintain project timelines and quality.

- Perform service calls, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with job specifications and safety requirements

- Explain scope related findings to customers and upper management.

- Maintained accurate records and reports of service repairs and customer interactions for accountability purposes.
