Data center technician role: My daily duties included ,swapping drives,reseating trays and reseating internal rack components. I also trouble shoot equipment and tray components to diagnose issues.

Im my role as a data center builds associate I was responsible for unloading server racks ,removing shipping hardware, transporting server racks to the server room floor. I also placed and braced racks and I populated ,cabled and labeled racks.

I also held a title of Dock master ,and my daily duties were loading and unloading daily deliveries to the data center.My role as a dock master also involved transporting and delivering kitting parts to the kitting shelves for the technicians.
