Logistics and Scheduling:

• Schedule and plan product deliveries, assign appropriate delivery vehicles based on job site requirements, and ensure efficient driver routes.
• Fleet and Vehicle Management:
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, track vehicle repairs, and ensure vehicles are safe and not overloaded.
• Driver Management:
• Participate in hiring drivers and material handlers, manage their performance, ensure drivers have current CDL licenses and medical cards, and coordinate training on new equipment.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all drivers and vehicles adhere to OSHA and federal road procedures, as well as Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Customer Service:
• Keep customers informed of delivery status and resolve any delivery or service concerns that arise.
• Order Verification:
• Verify that customer delivery orders are complete and accurate before delivery.
• Back up driver
• Class A CDL Delivery driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
• Deliver materials to customers and commercial job sites
• Fill in as a back up driver when we are short on staff
• Secure load or loads to flatbed trailer using winch and ratchet straps
• Load and unload trailer with job side Moffet or forklift
• Maintain Elog and follow all hours of service regulations to avoid violations
• Pretrip and Post trip our trucks trailers and moffets to ensure they are roadworthy and safe to operate

• Operated trucks for regional deliveries
• Maintained accurate logs of hours, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Conducted pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles for safety compliance.
• Backed up to docks while following proper docking procedures to chock the wheels and ensure safe loading and unloading
• Maintained quick and on time deliveries
• Unloaded truck using electronic pallet jack
