I am proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and I have experience with computer hardware and software. In addition to my coursework, I have completed the Google IT Support Certification, demonstrating my computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting knowledge. I gained valuable experience through volunteering with a local non-profit organization as an IT Support Volunteer, I provided technical assistance to staff and volunteers, troubleshot hardware and software issues, and installed and maintained computer systems and peripherals. I also assist with website maintenance and updates.
