Carried out research on MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell lines. Studied the effects of altering gene expression on the aggressiveness of the cancer. Worked under biomedical scientist then carried out work individually, using several methods to read gene expression.
Volunteered as a designer. Created event logo, arranged stage and venue layout, and designed merchandise. Working under a four-week time constraint, learned to better manage time and improve work outcome and quality.

Studied the fundamentals in analyzing crime scenes and ballistics. Learned the many aspects of lab analysis; taking and testing blood samples, and using analytical chemistry to analyze unknown substances. Applied gathered knowledge to a simulated crime scene to identify the criminal.
