  • Responsible for making sure that all finance department employees adhere to all underwriting policies and procedures.
  • Interviewing customers, reviewing their application Insuring that all documents are properly explained, collected, evaluated and submitted in accordance with CNAC, State, and Local policies.
  • Making sure that the proper lending decision are made for each customer, and then once approved making sure all loan docs are signed and submitted in accordance with CNAC, State, and Local policies.
  • Structuring Loan contracts.
  • Reviewing loan contracts with buyer, and insuring proper signatures on each loan document.
  • Making sure that the proper insurance is provided either in-house or 3rd party in accordance with CNAC policy, State and Local Laws
  • Setting up auto pay for new customers.
  • Making sure that the collection department follows all FDCPA laws while collecting on a Multi- Million dollar portfolio and still insuring that account delinquency standards and KPIs are met.
  • Making outgoing and receiving incoming calls to collect on auto loans
  • Taking and receiving payments via phone and in-person
  • Making out going calls and receiving incoming calls handling account disputes, and giving customer resolutions.
  • Deciding on when the debt has become to high of a risk for the portfolio, and then making a decision on when to repossess the asset.
  • Once vehicle is repossessed verifying condition report, and making sure all documents and invoices are filed promptly to insure payment to 3rd party, and compliance with CNAC policies, State and Local Laws.
  • Insuring that once loan is paid all proper documentation are sent off to Buyer.
  • Filing all in-house insurance claims in compliance with CNAC policies, State and Local Laws
