  • In my WFM PSE experience I have worked implementing the WFM tool, installing, migrating and configuring the application and services, on Windows and Linux server environments with postgres, Oracle and SQL DB, in 2016 most of the project were on premise but since 2017 most of the projects were migrated to cloud environment , had the chance to get certified as an amazon cloud practi- tioner engineer, learned a lot about cloud infrastructure since inContact (the project I work with) we use AWS EC2 instances, ALB, LB, and NACL and IAM policies.
