Re-Stocks the retail floor to keep it as well stocked and clean as possible.
I order various product for the castle to sell. In charge of the retail email to provide the best customer service that I can.
In charge of all the shipping orders for retail to ensure the customer gets their order in a timely manner. This Includes re-shipping an item to a customer if the product arrived broken/missing by creating a separate order through wine direct.
In charge of all incoming product that Dione the retail director or I order for the castle. This includes making sure I receive all the product that was ordered and the packing slip and or the invoice. Thereafter, I update the inventory on wine direct and update pricing of the product if necessary. Ultimately, I file the invoice and turn it into Accounting for payment.
I am In charge of making new skus for any new product that will be sold at the castle.
In charge of the gift shop website on the castles page online to make sure everything on there is available or out of stock.
