As a Program Manager and Delivery Executive I have demonstrated the ability to successful manage all aspects of a project/program. As a part of delivering successful programs, I have exhibited the ability to collaborate with, manage, and build high-performing cross-functional teams. In parallel, I've managed budgets, project timelines and project teams while being the voice to the executive team to inform them on program statuses.I've worked with several major consulting firms, Capgemini, IBM, Deloitte, and Accenture. This has allowed me to leverage consulting best practices and incorporate them into processes that align with program and business objectives. I have detailed knowledge of program delivery methodologies, strategies, including; Agile Delivery, (I'm a Certified Scrum Master) waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, while leveraging tools Jira, MS DevOps, MS Project, and Smart sheets have experienced programs and projects from multiple vantage points; I have been on the business side, the IT project team, a consultant for a large consulting firm and finally as an independent contractor. Furthermore, I am a believer that people and process make programs successful. Deployments and Projects are more about Business Process Transformation and Change Management than technology. Properly identifying the correct business processes will lay the foundation for a successful transformation.
