This has allowed me to leverage consulting best practices and incorporate them into processes that align with program and business objectives. I have detailed knowledge of program delivery methodologies, strategies, including; Agile Delivery, (I'm a Certified Scrum Master) waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, while leveraging tools Jira, MS DevOps, MS Project, and Smart sheets have experienced programs and projects from multiple vantage points; I have been on the business side, the IT project team, a consultant for a large consulting firm and finally as an independent contractor. Furthermore, I am a believer that people and process make programs successful. Deployments and Projects are more about Business Process Transformation and Change Management than technology.
