Coordinated and executed multiple outreach programs, successfully organizing donation drives, meal distributions, and shelter support activities that directly benefited the homeless population. Managed a diverse team of volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that all initiatives were aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
