Am qualified to work in the culinary field, having earned my CPR certification, SERV Safe Managers certification and completed the Job Corps culinary program, where I obtained my certificate of graduation. Gained valuable skills in knife safety, nutrition, event planning, food presentation, and understanding the styles and tastes of foods from various cultures while enrolled at Job Corps. Additionally, I earned my OSHA 10 card for Culinary Arts. Also gained the ability to work collaboratively and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. I take pride in my work and am a team player who is passionate about my job and all of the responsibilities that come with it. I am committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude while working. I am seeking to transition into a culinary job where these skills can be effectively utilized.
I was promoted to foreman in my trade and elected vice president of the Student Government Association during my first term at Job Corps, later serving as president during my second.
