As an intern, I performed research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on Cyber Security. This research will aid in the development of ATHENA.i, Advanced Analytics for Law Enforcement, which can assist Law Enforcement with crimes that have already occurred and predict criminal activity.

• Assisting with customer service regarding parking for the University, including directing people where to park and keeping them updated with any changed regulations. Also responsible for office filing and keeping the office space neat and clean.
• Managed front desk duties effectively, handling incoming calls and walk-in inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

• Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support.
• Ensured swimmer safety by vigilantly monitoring the pool area and enforcing rules.
• Monitored the safety of guests in and around the swimming pool.
• Provided friendly customer service to guests and addressed concerns.
• Also responsible for maintenance of the pool and lake to ensure cleanliness and safety for the swimmers.
