  • Create and maintain internship intake forms, master schedule and contact information of students and staff
  • Act as a point of contact for interns, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting during their internship (in the event the program supervisor cannot be of assistance). Monitor intern progress, providing feedback and mentorship as necessary
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to foster a strong interest in our programs for future interns. Attend UVM and Champlain College Career and Internship Fairs twice a year. Engage in any in-person speaking opportunities to engage new students
  • Post all internships on Handshake three times a year for spring, summer, and fall internships
