• Allowed for two projects to scale up to production through rigorous testing of film solubility, elasticity, and durability
• Organized weekly meetings with different project managers to ensure and complete accurate testing and data analysis
• Contributed to four projects spanning bio-based films, liquid laundry detergent capsules, and dishwashing capsules in development of Intellectual Property

• Conducted research under Dr. Mays Imad, such as literature searches regarding the connection between Long-Covid and chronic stress
• Produced eight "Microsessions" designed to empower students about relationships between stress, brain, and Long-Covid
• Published research findings in Inside Higher Ed and presented findings at the Association of American Colleges & Universities’ 2022 Annual Meeting

• Sat on interview board throughout hiring process of selected candidates and provided interview questions regarding student relations, previous experience as desired position
• Voiced opinions on candidate fit for VP of Communications position in committee meetings
• Served as student's voice in search for Connecticut College Vice President (VP) of Communications for monthly committee meetings as well as all stages of interview process

• Conducted 5 -10 interviews weekly for Connecticut College prospective students
• Produced detailed written analysis of candidate’s fit for attendance at Connecticut College after interviews
• Provided in-depth information about Connecticut College, such as clubs, academics, and housing

• Served as reinforcement to three to four Floor Governors during moments of interpersonal disputes between either residents or fellow staff members
• Communicated with the Area Coordinator about the needs of both Floor Governors and residents bi-weekly
• Developed, coordinated, and led Floor Governors in creating three monthly house events for residents

• Through Holleran Center's Program in Community Action(PICA), engaged in research regarding Equity in STEM Education
• Volunteered as a weekly Tax Preparer in the New London Community to foster community support and engagement
• Presented “The Science of Science: A Dive into STEM Education, Race and Power” at Connecticut College’s All-College Symposium

• Provided weekly assay analysis of LasR protein activity
• Collaborated with two other members of research team biweekly to assess and discuss progress and data analysis
• Presented research findings at The Connecticut College Summer Research Symposium

• Ensured orderly operation of floor (15+ residents) as well as three separate dorms through enforcement of rules and regulations
• Communicated effectively with Area Coordinator and Housefellow to ensure safe and organized environment
• Supported development and coordination of house events for 70+ residents
