Administrative & Customer Support Specialist
- Serve as the primary point of contact for practitioners and clients, answering calls and resolving inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Collect, verify, and maintain practitioner and doctor information, including licenses, credentials, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including portal access, system setup, and IASIS MCN training coordination.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware device issues; guide users through step-by-step solutions or escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, scheduling coordination, and organized follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support practitioner needs, enhance workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
