Create, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across executive operations, office management, communication workflows, and internal processes, bringing structure and consistency to a fast-moving startup environment.
• Partner directly with the Finance Controller on budget tracking, expense reconciliation, vendor payments, and operational cost management, ensuring financial accuracy and smooth month-end processes.
• Act as HR point-of-contact, supporting onboarding, new-hire setup, equipment allocation, employee documentation, time-off tracking, and maintaining a positive and professional workplace environment.
• Lead office management efforts by overseeing vendors, supplies, maintenance, workspace setup, and day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a fully functional office.
• Handle confidential executive and personal matters with discretion, balancing sensitive information and time-critical tasks without oversight.
Support C-suite executives with scheduling, meeting preparation, presentation materials, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute team events, off-sites, leadership meetings, and company-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Take ownership of special projects with minimal direction, demonstrating strong judgment, urgency, and proactive problem-solving.
