- My role as Team Lead allows me to be in classrooms observing for, and coaching on, Instructional Foundations and Mastery Practices
- This opportunity allows me to have a 4th grade team that is aligned in its instructional practices which ultimately drives student success
- I was the school Culture Lead in 2020 where I supported the school in developing classroom culture both in-person and remotely
- In 2021 I held the position of 3-5 Math Instructional Lead and supported 3-5 teachers on Instructional Foundations, mastery practices and DEI in math
- Currently, I hold the teacher leader position of Instructional Coach and Grade Level Chair where I coach novice teachers on my team in Instructional Foundations, SEL practices and DEI in their classrooms and support the team.
