
Throughout my life I was always looking for my “passion” and I believed I have found it, it’s leaning. I like using both sides of my brain, analytical and creative, I can see the black & white or the grey. I am at unique position in my life to offer an employer dedication, hard work & enthusiasm. I am very goal oriented & do not like to stay in a stagnant job. I am human & I do not claim to know it all, I am a piece of clay, ready to be molded for what best fits the companies needs. When I started this company I was doing everything from payroll to invoicing:
Supervise/manage, employee hiring/training,
payroll, payroll taxes, sales tax etc., A/R, A/P, customer/client/vendor communications, purchase order inquiries, rental equipment orders and tracking, small tools & equipment purchasing, workers comp. filing, accounting, reconciliations, fleet service checks & maintenance scheduling, office supplies inventory & ordering, general filing and day to day clerical duties
Filing, scheduling, clerical duties, retail sale, cash/cc payments handling, bank deposits/ balances drawers/monies, customer interactions/greetings, phones, conducted weekly staff meetings, maintained cleanliness of waiting area, bathrooms and office, overall create a relaxing and tranquil experience as soon as the client/customer entered the spa
