Enthusiastic Biomanufacturing graduate from Solano Community College with a passion for expanding knowledge and skills in the Biotech industry. Dedicated to becoming an exceptional candidate capable of tackling diverse tasks. Proficient in aseptic technique, laboratory equipment handling, qualitative and quantitative assays. Experienced in upstream and downstream processing with a strong adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
Through my involvement with Solano Community College, I actively participated in simulated Bioreactor Runs in 2019 and 2022. These week-long runs simulated real-world conditions, including shift changes, and involved collaborative teamwork to accomplish various tasks within a 10-hour shift period. Responsibilities during these runs included taking culture samples, assigning individual tasks among team members, and performing assessments such as cell viability, quadrant streak, pH analysis, and pellet weight measurements.
Throughout these simulations, strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) was maintained. Additionally, meticulous attention was given to accurately completing batch records in accordance with industry standards. These experiences provided invaluable hands-on training and reinforced my understanding of bioreactor operations in a controlled laboratory setting.
