Alyssa Garcia

I am a dedicated, self- motivated and hardworking individual who is continuously looking to learn new skills while improving current ones. I graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology.While attending school, I was also on the softball team. Some of my accomplishments include setting a new program record and being nationally ranked for a period of time. I was also on the Dean's list for an excellent GPA. While in school, I completed a police citizen's academy where we learned different police operations and procedures. While completing the course I was able to gain hands on experience as well as getting the opportunity to go on a ride along with an officer. I am someone who is able to get along with others and thrives in working in both individual and team environments. As an associate at In N Out, I am able to work quickly and efficiently while being under pressure to meet tight dead lines. With being a coach, I am able to stay organized and adapt to new situations while effectively.communicate with others and successfully time manage the tasks at hand and follow them through to completion.
