I started my nursing career at Overlook Medical Center in 2010 as a new nurse on a neurology unit. I quickly advanced to Assistant Nurse Manager of the unit, then switching to a unit educator position. I obtained my master’s in nursing education, which is the area I am most passionate about. I have served as chair of the nursing professional development council, advisory role to our Nursing Practice Council, and mentor to other educators, while supporting the needs of the nurses working on the inpatient neurology units.
