  • Role is part brand ambassador, storyteller, concierge, and part logistics master and strategic problem solver. Serve as primary contact and liaison for guests through entire duration of the trip.
  • Coordinate all trip logistics including transportation, luggage, meals, and hotel accommodations, activities and more.
  • Communicate daily itineraries and facilitate all scheduled activities along with the guests. Must work well under pressure and with ambiguity. Role requires a strong sense of initiative and accountability as only Disney representative in destination.
  • Requires a strategic thinker and confident problem solver as well as exceptional rapport with guests of all ages.
