The responsibilities that I am required to complete as a support service assistant in the O.R is cleaning the rooms and prepping them for the next surgery, patient pick up and transport to Pac U or the room, stocking all equipment and making sure everything is ready to go for the next working day, grabbing all medical equipment to preform the surgeries, patient care and communication when entering the rooms, picking up blood and taking labs down to the lab, etc.

When working at MedExpress Urgent Care the tasks and responsibilities I was responsible to complete there were scanning all patient information and heath records in to patient's charts, running and performing eligibility on insurance companies, billing and scheduling patients, filing all paper work to their correct places and sending to the correct PCP offices, discharging all patient’s when ready and sending the medication to the correct pharmacy, workers comp claims, etc.

The responsibilities that I was required to do as a Kennel Assistant were cleaning all the kennel’s before and after an animal was in there, prep the table for when a high-risk animal is coming back, taking the dogs to the bathroom, running bloodwork and making slides to discover what’s in the animal's blood, assisting with elective surgeries, making sure all surgical utensil's are sterile and cleaned for next case, etc.
