I thrived in the fast-paced environment and of course helping those in need. Once I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter I stepped away from CNA work to have more time at home. I accepted a position with Optimae Life Services as team lead. The switch from direct physical care to mental healthcare was a change to say the least, but I never expected to fall in love with community services work like I have. I was in my position as Team Lead for less than a year before being promoted to Services Coordinator, doing the work i love so much now at Optimae Life Services. I am excited to see where my customer care/community services knowledge can grown and expand as well as embark on a new journey!
