During my time working with Saint Agatha , I quickly picked up on several new skills that will stick with me for life. The level of patience I learned was far beyond what I even thought was possible. Working with small children , you also learn the importance of time management and communication skills. Whether that's verbal communication or written. You quickly learn how to pick up the pace and the work load during a face paced environment , and are still able to get the task done professionally and accurately. You learn how to independently work , filling out your specific task as an employee. But you also learn how to work together with the staff to get work done. One of the main qualities I picked up during my time here was learning what needed to be done day by day and completing it as soon as possible and just being able to adapt to each different environment when presented with a new one.

I work as a lead barista every Saturday at my local coffee shop from my hometown. I started my senior year in high school 2022. Working here , you learn the importance of getting the customers needs met as soon as possible to avoid conflict . You quickly learn how to control your patience in a fast paced environment. As well as strong communication skills to ensure that all needs are properly met. You also are taught to have patience and grace with customers.
