My duties included:

• 5th Grade Team Leader
• Kickup Mentor Teacher for the 2022-2023 school year
• Nature trails lead teacher: assisted in setting up stations for 3rd and 5th grade (2022-2023)
• Created differentiated lesson plans targeting weekly objectives for Math and Science
• Collaborate with the SPED department to provide effective differentiated instruction for students based on their IEP
• Actively participate with team members, Instructional Specialists, and Interventionists in purposeful data analysis activities
• Track student data with routine formal/informal assessments to modify instruction and small groups as needed
• Develop and implement classroom rules and procedures to promote a positive learning environment for students
• Conference and or communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, behavior, and areas for improvement
• Participate in staff development activities to improve job-related skills

• Create and build effective assessments targeting TEKS or objectives

• Implement accommodations and modifications for diverse learnings, especially for students in the SPED/504 learning improvement program
• Develop and implement classroom rules and procedures
• Work with stakeholders such as counselors and wrap-around specialists to help in students' academic, social, and emotional growth
