I am seeking a position in teaching, where I can utilize my problem-solving and leadership skills to become an effective and inclusive educator. My goal is to create a classroom where all of the students feel valued and supported, to ensure that they are learning to the best of their ability. Differentiated instruction, classroom management, and building meaningful relationships are very important to have a successful classroom and create an inclusive, productive, and supportive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students. I am a motivated, determined, and reliable individual who believes that anyone is able to grow in their learning if they are comfortable and willing to put in the effort.
