• Conducted a comprehensive needs assessment involving 44 families and 8 preschool staff members to identify opportunities for occupational therapy programming.
• Developed 60+ evidence-informed educational resources supporting developmental milestones and caregiver education for children ages 12 months to 5 years.
• Collaborated with preschool leadership and educators to develop culturally responsive, family-centered resources and establish a sustainable digital resource library integrated into the school's communication platform, providing ongoing occupational therapy education for families and staff.

• Evaluated and treated adult and geriatric clients in the home environment, performing home safety assessments while recommending adaptive equipment, durable medical equipment (DME), and environmental modifications to improve safety, functional independence, and fall prevention.
• Conducted cognitive and vestibular assessments while implementing evidence-based interventions to improve balance, mobility, and occupational performance.
• Managed a daily caseload while completing point-of-service electronic documentation, including home health evaluations and OASIS assessments, using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Collaborated with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient-centered care, caregiver education, discharge planning, and community resource recommendations.

• Evaluated and treated patients with upper extremity orthopedic, post-surgical, traumatic, neurological, and overuse conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes.
• Fabricated, fitted, and modified custom static and dynamic orthoses to support tissue healing, pain management, and functional recovery.
• Performed upper extremity rehabilitation through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and occupation-based interventions while providing patient and caregiver education.
• Documented evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries using Epic under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.

• Trained and mentored approximately four new hires monthly through onboarding, competency assessments, and workflow training while developing onboarding resources to improve training consistency and efficiency.
• Floated throughout the Central Florida region, supporting front-office operations across diverse outpatient specialties while rapidly adapting to varying clinic workflows and provider needs.
• Coordinated patient scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, prior authorizations, medical records, and provider communications while utilizing Epic and Cerner electronic medical record systems and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

• Guided patients through prescribed therapeutic stretching, rehabilitative exercises, and functional movement activities under the direction of the supervising chiropractor.
• Reviewed spinal radiographs using clinic-established protocols to identify alignment and rotational findings for provider review, supporting efficient patient workflow.
• Administered SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technology (TRT) under the supervision of a licensed chiropractor following specialized training as part of patient treatment plans.
