  • Assisted the leasing agent with executing strong and confident customer service, while getting to know each prospective tenants specific needs.
  • Reviewed and analyzed monthly market surveys, to know where our competitors stand. Put together a plan of action to present to community director and supervisor, if based on the surveys we needed a revision on rates or a move-in special.
  • Actively monitored our occupancy, to ensure we were never occupied below 95%. We hit a 100% occupancy before each month end.
  • Balance out all bank deposits on our system and bank.
