At the ISD we learned four different areas, Hospitality, BOH/Restaurant, FOH/School Store, and Baking. Completing Foundations Level One, Skills in the Kitchen, Baking Competition, and ServSafe Certification. Awards assigned to me were Student of the Month and Voted Most Likely to get the job done.
