As an order selector I was responsible for picking food orders in a timely fashion as well as being accurate. It was key to meet production requirements as it does help the crew finish on time. In the process of being an order selector I worked my way up to a fork lift operator. My duties then were to drop products throughout the night for order selectors to pick. I would maneuver around pallet jacks in confined spaces to drop the appropriate product. My job at Sysco was to select all orders assigned to me to get to the customer free of damage and on time.
