• Provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to 8 patients, implementing individualized interventions designed to improve functional behaviors and skills in areas such as communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments, for each assigned patient to determine treatment needs and establish baseline data.

• Complete and submit all required documentation, including initial evaluations, reauthorization forms submitted to insurance, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and treatment plans every 6 months, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals, including occupational and speech therapists, to ensure coordinated care and alignment of treatment strategies.

• Delivered 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, a research-based therapeutic approach focused on improving specific behaviors and skills in children with developmental disabilities by using techniques such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to support skill development and behavior management.
